Safeguarding the welfare of our pupils is our highest priority at Valley Road Primary School.

We are committed to ensuring that every child feels safe, supported and able to learn in a secure environment. All staff receive regular safeguarding training and follow the school’s safeguarding and child protection procedures.

Our most recent Ofsted inspection (March 2022) confirmed that safeguarding arrangements at Valley Road are effective and that leaders ensure pupils feel safe at school.
